Change of bookings and details are free of charge.
We will try our best to change flexibly, but subject to the availability/possibility of the changes.Please contact us as soon as you find it difficult to arrive on time, otherwise extra surcharges and possible cancellation of the service may happen.

Please contact us for anything you want to add or change.Yes. We offer transfer services with one fixed price: no matter how long the journey takes. Also, time-based bookings such as 1 hour or hiring for one day are available.
PAYMENT
No cancellation charges until 1 week before the service.
Then, 50 % until 48 hours, and 100 % within 48 hours.We accept various payment methods: Bank transfer, Wise, Cash payment, and most of the credit/debit card payments.
There is no hidden fees after the final price.
It includes any tax, service charges and commissions.
Additional services will be chargeable, it will be confirmed upon the request.The price offered should be the whole amount, and not per person.
We flexibly accept change of the payment method upon your request.
Please note that there will be differences in the price when the payment method is changed: changing from cash payment to card payment means commission charges occur from card companies.
It is GBP (British pounds).
For cash payment, we accept all other currencies.
For card payment or bank transfer, the exchange rate depends on those rates of the card issuers and banks.
OTHER
We are experienced with offering services to underage.
Due to the legal requirements in the UK, underage can not travel on his/her own without guardians. Please make sure an adults stay with them through the whole journey.
Also, child seats are required for underage on transfer.
Please inform us if any underage are involved in your journey.We accept additional travellers, and offer group travel of more than 7 people.
However, please make sure the number of travellers in advance, and inform us immediately if any increase or decrease happens.
Individual travel of 2 – 3 people and group travel apply different law in the UK. Therefore, we offer appropriate services accordingly.Our driver will look for you with name board/signages.
We will provide designated meeting point for your arrangement.
Please check the meeting point before your travel or inquire us.The journey time between two points such as an airport and a hotel depends on traffic. Our drivers are trained to take the best route to reach the destination.
We offer the best possible journey plan with your itinerary.
We have wealth of experience and been always ready to provide the most comfortable journey for you.
All assistive devices such as wheel chairs and supportive steps should be discussed before your travel. We try our best to suit your needs. However, it all depends on the availability.
We can not take any responsibilities on the use of assistive devices.
So, it is recommended that you prepare your devices in advance if possible.Your beloved dogs and cats can be accommodated with care.
Due to the legal issues in the UK, some strict regulations and restrictions as well as surcharges apply to the treatment of animals.
Please inform us any involvement of animals during your journey in advance.
